The association has held a productive strategic planning session to set out its long term vision and consider practical changes to ensure a sustainable model for the future.
Facilitated by Bec Rumble (Lone Goose Farm) and supported by the TAS Farm Innovation Hub through its Farmer Group Support Pilot program, the session attracted a great turnout of 24 members.
Thanks to the positive contributions of members present, we have clarified the association’s purpose, as well as the activities members value the most. We identified changes the committee could make to improve efficiency while continuing to deliver great value to our members.
